Introducing Cafe Mayhem's Team














Our Team comprises of seven people;
Rae: Team Lead, Blueprinter, level designer, Post Processer
Emily: Blueprinter, Level Designer, Post processer
Rori: Blueprinter, Story designer
Mya: Level Designer, 2D Graphics artist
Dharma: Blueprinter, Level Designer
Austin: Character Modeler, Rigger, Animator
Diane: Character Modeler, Rigger, Animator
Austin and Diane are our main character designers and animators, they have taken care of creating the cat model for our main character as well as rigging and animating the cat. Emily has been in charge of creating the blueprints for the cat's world interactions such as pushing, pulling, and picking up objects. Rori has been working on NPC AI Interactions, such as watching the cat, following the cat, and idle animations. Dharma has been working on the achievement tracking system for the game, in order to save player progress. Mya has been designing main areas of the game, such as the secret underground sewer system full of altar's dedicated to certain cat god's. Rae has been over-seeing team organization as well as designing the game world, setting the scene for player interactions, working with post processors and lighting for the world, and aiding team members with their tasks.
As a Team we have gotten the world map layed out to have multiple levels with gameplay (everyone helped), we have created our cat model and rig as well as begun some needed animations like "walk", "jump", and "idle" (thanks to Diane and Austin). We have also begun blueprinting the item pickup interactions for the cat(thanks to Emily). There is some NPC AI interaction (thanks to Rori). We have set up the overall appearance of the world with a toon shader post processer (thanks to Rae).
